I want to thank you all for the info on diabetes type 11. I have just been told and am trying to avoid medication. I thought I was going mad when everyone in the medical profession told me to take a pill and eat slightly differently. Only when I found this sight, loraldiabetes and bloodsuger101 did I feel that I was thinking in the correct way. Thanks for all the info. I feel I was being logical after all in my reasoning for trying to control it myself. I will try and work out how to alter my blog site etc. I am new to all this. Thanks again
